virtualdesktopswitch add enabled config flag
Allow disabling the behavior of virtualdesktopswitch using a config option ("enabled=true" or missing => enabled. All else => disabled).
This solution works, however I am submitting this expecting push-back. Mainly on the method of disabling the functionality (I think not loading the plugin at all might be a better solution). I am very open to other ideas and solutions to the issue.
