Relicense file to LGPL-2.0-or-later

Andreas Cord-Landwehr requested to merge work/relicense into master

Relicense a few more LGPL-2.0-only files. This change is not critical, it just helps in reducing LGPL-2.0-only licenses in our code bases in so to reduce license complexity in the long-run.
