Support svgz buttons in Aurorae themes

Alois Wohlschlager requested to merge aloisw/kde-gtk-config:svgz into master

As the Aurorae engine in KWin supports svgz files for window buttons, these should be exported for use in client-side decorations of GTK apps as relevant.
