Use "Header" palette instead of WM config

Mikhail Zolotukhin requested to merge gikari/kde-gtk-config:header-palette into master

Also remove the duplication of the color definitions.

🧪 Test

  1. Restart kded
  2. Change the color scheme
  3. Open a GTK application with CSD, check for a correctness of the header colors
