Change POTD cache path from /tmp to ~/.cache and remove the KDED module
In some Linux distributions, /tmp is mounted to tmpfs, which lose all data on reboot.
In Plasma 5.19, the lock screen has been fixed and can actually refresh images from internet and also access user cache at ~/.cache
So this patch is mostly a revert of !3 (closed)
