switchers/thumbnailgrid: Fix layout when window count changes

Asign the column calculation declaratively, so the number of columns is automatically updated on window count changes

When deleting some windows on the switcher:

BEFORE thumbgridswitcher_before
AFTER thumbgridswitcher_after
