Flip/Cover Switchers: Add enter and exit transitions

Animates the windows from/to their original positions on the screen to the their places in the PathView

In the example video:

  • Flipswicht (single desktop, no blurred background)
  • Coverswicht (all desktops, blurred background)

The blur option is not currently user-selectable, just on by default. It would be quite handy to use a general config option for all the effects that plays with windows, as suggested in kwin#106

A pending rough edge: We need to temporary pause/disable some effects when showing the transitions:

  • Do not apply a switching VD effect, like sliding
  • Do not apply open/close effects on the switcher window itself (kwin#153)
