applets/notes: add context menu option to remove formatting
New context menu option to remove formatting from selected text. Like the existing option "Delete" (deletes selected text), "Remove Formatting" is only enabled when text is selected. It removes all formatting from the selection but preserves line breaks.
The feature was discussed here. It was deemed necessary as users have no other possibility to remove hyperlinks and formatting caused by "Paste With Formatting".
