Draft: applets/katesessions: Port to KF6

Marked as draft because for some reason the full-representation layout is broken (but not when expanded from small form) as it eats the first item. Otherwise, it works fine.

  • Use ScrollView from Qt Quick Controls
  • Uee Hightlight and ListItem from PlasmaExtras
