applets/userswitcher: Set an explicitly compact width

Resetting to implicitWidth doesn't seem so fully reset things and often leads to excess padding on either side of the label.

Maybe it’s a Qt 5 bug but I only a large gap around my name on Plasma 5.27, not 6.0.
