Rewrite converter runner tests
This commit rewrites the test with parameterized tests and the newly added KRunner test utilities.
This shows the usecase of frameworks/krunner!50 (merged) for non-dbus runners.
(In this special case the name of the resulting lib is not the plugin id, that is why the name needed to be redefined.)
