applets/colorpicker: give facelift to colour picker applet

Ditching the gaps between cells + borders gives the colour picker applet a more modern appearance, and replacing the grid highlight with darken + copy icon yields a similar appearance to the other place in KDE with this sort of palette offering, namely Ikona.
