Moved Notes deleting dialog to KMessageBox

applets/notes: Moved Notes deleting dialog to KMessageBox

When we are using Notes applet with twilight theme, deleting dialog displays with wrong text color. So I suggest to move dialog to KMessageBox, it uses correct colors.
