Fix middle click and tooltip

Fix middle mouse button click to open the full popup and the tooltip on hover

those were still porting fallouts due to Qt6 slight behavior differences

  • ScrollViews eat events for the mousearea
  • PlasmaCore.Tooltip doesn't work within a MouseArea
