Draft: Make timer show editor on compact representation

tusooa the west wind requested to merge tusooaw/kdeplasma-addons:tusooaw/timer-vertical-panel into master

This resolves the regression introduced in ba011368 , where I MUST click before I can directly edit the timer. This commit makes the timer show the editor whenever there is enough space.

There is one problem, though, when it is in vertical layout, I cannot seem to reproduce the "not wide enough" threshold, so it always displays hh:mm:ss even when it is very narrow. Can anyone help me check why it is the case?
