Categories: Flatten navigation by removing detailed information
This commit removes the detailed information category and instead places Network, Devices and Graphics categories at the top level.
Network is promoted to the top because it is more important and less technical, and System Settings also places Network above Hardware.

Further changes might consolidate the graphics API information pages into one page, and SMART Status's page title does not match the list item name. Footer actions might be moved to headers...
