kcms: Add memory information KCM

Thomas Duckworth requested to merge tduck/kinfocenter:kcms/memory into master

Provides output about installed DIMMs from dmidecode. This does use pkexec which prompts for authentication, as dmidecode requires elevation to read the system's DMI table.
