[about-distro] Rename to "About this System"

Nate Graham requested to merge ngraham/kinfocenter:rename-system-information-kcm into master

It's a bit more natural-sounding than "System Information" and it avoids the repeated use of the word "System" as the first word (in System Settings) and "Information" (in KInfoCenter).
