replace memory kcm with external app for plasma-systemmonitor

memory was a bit of a weird module as it always overlapped the monitor functionality more or less entirely. it's main functionality was displaying memory use - something the monitor can do just as well. replacing saves a whole lot of code and also allows us to direct users at the monitor in case they opened info center expecting monitor kind fo data rather than the (largely) static info center kind of data
