Functionality to allow krdpserver to automatically disable secondary displays upon client connection

  • Added functionality to allow krdpserver to automatically disable and restores secondary displays upon client connect/disconnect.
  • Added an on/off toggle in the kcm plugin for this feature.
  • Added -v cli switch handling for krdpserver

I tested this functionality on a Macbook Air running Microsoft's official RDP client. Works quite well.

I'm planning to add scaling options after this PR is merged which should be fairly trivial.
