Prepare for KWin!4431

Xaver Hugl requested to merge work/zamundaaa/kwin-config into master

On Wayland with kwin!4431 (merged) KWin takes over the responsibilities that the KScreen kded module had before, so kded itself must not run on Wayland or it'll mess things up

Depends on libkscreen!158 (merged)
