kcm: allow setting sRGB color intensity in SDR mode too

There's no reason to disallow it; while it's not necessarily ideal to use a non-zero wideness for color critical workflows, that's up to the user to decide.

Depends on kwin!6610 (merged), so that the setting actually does anything in SDR
