Give more freedom to the user to choose grace period

John Gilstrack requested to merge gilstrack/kscreenlocker:master-patch-465b into master

The original 300 seconds was too restrictive. This 0-3600 second interval provides more freedom to users to customize their screen locking experience.

This way, those who use their machine in a safe environment will be able to set a longer grace period, thus will be required to enter their password less frequently, making their user experience better.
