add 5s 30s remove 2m 10m options from grace period

As suggested here !203 (comment 877236) add 5 seconds and 30 seconds option while removing the 2 minute and 10 minute option from the"delay before password" combobox.

This would make (now again) default option of 5s not appear in custom.
