Delete duplicate password matching branch

Mercurial never uses ssh-askpass; this branch was for the HgGit plugin which invokes git. But the same git prompt is already covered by https://invent.kde.org/plasma/ksshaskpass/-/blob/8909a762cb8f5c2e936998931a37d771fc9195c7/src/main.cpp#L41-49 since https://phabricator.kde.org/D9875.
