Avoid centibits
The port from KLocale to QLocale in 2016 changed some formats from 2-decimal-places to 6 decimals; this is visible in the tooltips, which show ridiculous micro-percentages CPU usage and memory usage down to the centibit (one one-hundredth of a bit). Restore sanity to the numbers show.
