GPU plugin

Add a GPU plugin that exposes GPU sensors like usage, temperature and others.

Still to do:

  • See if we can support Intel GPUs. (Answer is: No)
  • Port NVidia support from NVidia plugin to GPU plugin.
  • Aggregate "All" sensors.
