migrate text-input to the new approach and some changes

Replacement for !58 (closed) and some additional updates

  • Rebase to git master
  • Move ContentHint/Purpose enums to it's own include file which can be commonly used by TextInputV3 implementation
  • Add version information in the SeatInterface textInput method

(Have marked as Draft to avoid merging it before re-wording some commit messages, but please review it anyway)
