[autotests] Skip failing unit test

David Edmundson requested to merge work/skip_remote_test into master

The RemoteAccess test has been unreliable for a while despite attempts to fix it. It's not a protocol that's used by kwin anymore, so we can skip the test. It will all be removed in KF6.
