realtime gestures

Merged Janet Blackquill requested to merge work/janb/realtime-gestures into master

exactly what the title says. MR is two parts:

  • sets up infrastructure for realtime gestures
  • ports desktop grid to realtime gestures

the gesture given to the desktop grid is four fingers up and down.

also wayland only like the current gestures.
