WIP: Add option to set gamma values

Smit Patil requested to merge smitpatil/kwin:feature_gamma_setting into master

This MR add code paths to set gamma values. This works on both Xorg and Wayland. It does not conflicts with nightcolor plugin

I create a kcm here which uses the dbus methods exposed by this MR
