Enable/Disable Virtual Keyboard based on hardware status

This enables/disables the virtual keyboard based on whether tablet mode is enabled or a hardware alpha numeric keyboard is connected.

This is a little tricky to test as some things are reported as full alpha numeric keyboards while they clearly are not, such as my MX Master 2 mouse.
