fix: Fix the problem of rotating the screen in full-screen state and maximizing the state after exiting full-screen. Steps to reproduce. 1, set the monitor orientation to horizontal, apply the settings to maximize, and click the Apply Full Screen button. 2, rotate the screen and set the monitor orientation to vertical and save (the client is still in full screen) 3, exit fullscreen, view the client's maximum state Problem phenomenon. After rotating the screen, the client becomes maximized after exiting fullscreen, but the maximized state does not fill the screen.
