Remove outdated usages of KDE abbreviation

Warning: I'm not a lawyer, perhaps what I'm doing is plain wrong.

We have a lot of license headers that say "This file is part of the KDE project." The problem is that the abbreviation "KDE" is no longer used to refer to the desktop environment, it refers to the community.
