plugins/windowsystem: Adjust installation path

work/windowsystem-plugin-install-dir into master

${PLUGIN_INSTALL_DIR}/kf5/org.kde.kwindowsystem.platforms/ is now an obsolete installation destination for KWindowSystem platform plugins.
