backends/drm: drop HAVE_GBM_BO_GET_FD_FOR_PLANE

Xaver Hugl requested to merge work/drop-gbm-define into master

All relevant distros should have recent enough Mesa to have the function in the gbm header now, as KWin doesn't even compile with HAVE_GBM_BO_GET_FD_FOR_PLANE=0 anymore.
