Don't block screen edge for fullscreen effects

Kai Uwe Broulik requested to merge work/kbroulik/block-edge-not-on-fullscreen-effect into master

Otherwise in overview effect you cannot go back out the way you came.

Can now enter and leave overview effect by touching the screen edge.
