[autotests] De-duplicate X11 test with testData

testResizeIncrements and testResizeIncrementsNoBaseSize is designed to show that setting a base size does not impact behaviour. This is best served with testData.

This patch exists as a future commit changes this method and I want to minimize the delta there.
