Replaces references to virtual keyboard with input method

As what the kcm is selecting is actually the input method to use under Wayland, we should refer to this technology in the UI as Input Method, to avid confusion with traditional virtual keyboard software which does actual emulation of hardware keyboards, or with input methods like ibus, which do not normally provide an on-screen keyboard panel.
