workspace: correct behavior when removing the placeholder output

Xaver Hugl requested to merge work/zamundaaa/another-output-crash into master

It needs to be removed from m_outputs before desktopResized(), or windows won't be moved to the new output. That was causing a 100% reproducible crash for me
