Draft: By default, allow dragging windows between desktops using screen edges
KWin has a feature to let you drag windows between virtual desktops when you drag them to a screen edge, but it's disabled by default. In my testing, this works really well, and it's a nice intuitive usability feature, so I think it makes sense to turn it on by default.
