kcms/tabbox: Fix Reset not disabling Apply
Fix the code to get the actual saved shortcuts on KGlobalAccel when discerning if they have changed.
This was causing the sequence Defaults->Reset, not disabling the Apply button on the first instance. Sorry for not noticing it earlier.
