KCM KWinTabbox on defaultsIndicatorsVisibleChanged do not update unmanagedWidgetDefaultState

Reorder connections after initialization.

A change in default indicator's visibility should not trigger a computation of unmanaged states, but a change of unmanaged states should refresh accordingly the highlight of widgets.
