Show tile size when editing tiles

Show the size of the tile, this allows for precise sizing of tiles. Helpful for forcing "fullscreen" applications into a tile with the correct dimensions.

I would like it to only show when dragging the tiles, but I'm not very familiar with this. Tips would be appreciated.

Possible to backport to 5.27, if desirable.
