Detect some DrmConnector properties and ignore non-desktop displays
Effectively this makes KWin completely ignore non-desktop displays (VR headsets) for now, until a way to lease them to clients is implemented. vrr_capable and max bpc are just there for use in the (hopefully not too far) future and currently serve no purpose.
