ci: Don't require tests to pass on Linux

Vlad Zahorodnii requested to merge work/zzag/ci-linux-dont-require-passing-tests into master

Tests that require OpenGL are unstable, potentially due to a bug somewhere in vgem. So allow the tests to fail on Linux until we figure out what goes wrong.
