screencast: Drop the fence
The clients receiving the dmabuf buffer fences should already be taking them into account. This will reduce the time that kwin needs to hold onto a buffer and in turn make the implementation a bit simpler.
As discussed a few weeks back.
Tested against recordme and OBS.
