minor dpms fixes

commit 1: ignore placeholder outputs for the dpms filter. Doesn't fix anything, just avoids unnecessarily deleting and re-creating the filter

commit 2: don't filter out key release events in the dpms filter. Fixes Konsole thinking you're holding the enter key after turning the output off per the command line
