Set icc profiles through kscreen

Commit 1: store the icc profile path in the output config

Commit 2: allow setting the icc profile through the output management protocol (depends on libraries/plasma-wayland-protocols!63 (merged))

Commit 3: delete the colord plugin, it's no longer needed

With libkscreen!164 (merged) it's possible to reliably set the icc profile through kscreen-doctor. I'll look into exposing this in the GUI later
