Draft: Fix tablet cursor not being able to move on virtualDestopGrid or other surface not Desktop

This merge request allow the tablet/wacom cursor to move even when on virtual desktop grid. For now it only allow it to move and to click, while dragging seem not to work yet. Also while moving in this area the cursor icon seem to change to wrong one. But in its current state it make already the tablet way more useful.
